Vinaigrette (French dressing)
Ingredients: -
150ml/¼ pint - virgin olive oil
1 - clove garlic, crushed
1¼ml/¼ tsp - mustard powder
1¼ml/¼ tsp - chopped fresh herbs of your choice or dried herbs
75ml/5 tbsp - wine vinegar
Pinch of sugar
Ground pepper
Pinch of salt
Method: -
Mix well together.
